Welcome to my blog.
I’d like to share my journey with you. Battling with Mental Health, Addictions, (Eating Disorders, Co-Dependency, Alcoholism and Drug Addiction) to name a few, together with being a single-parent, living on welfare, and through this, finding a faith and now doing this blog, somehow, it feels the right thing to do.
I have also made a series of documentary interviews entitled In Search of My Mental Health , which you can view below and find the rest at http://www.youtube.com/addicts4addicts We would welcome your comments below, we are hoping to begin discussions on other people’s experiences.
I am sent one Angel after another and God somehow always provides everything I need, it would be rude not to tell you about it!
I had no idea what I was up against, I was loosing my mind, with no way of finding a way out. Like in the film A Beautiful Mind, locked in the shed, not even aware there was a door, believing this was it, and this was real. Slowly, very slowly, I have found the way out. Some days are better than others, but now I know there is a door.
As well as writing this blog, I am also begining to write my autobiography which you can read excerpts of at www.IfsButsandMaybes.com

Thanks for your honest post, I am very happy you have told me and hope you are finding my writing more interesting. You have a very good point, I have not been having a good time of late and it obviously shows.
